19 October 2026

Aventus Group continued its strong growth in the first nine months of 2026, issuing €1.39 billion in loans - 45% more than during the same period last year. The Group's total loan portfolio also expanded significantly, reaching €566.63 million by the end of September, supported by increasing lending volumes and continued international business expansion.

The results demonstrate the scale of Aventus Group's development across its international markets. In just nine months, the Group's lending companies issued more loans than were issued in 2025, approximately €1.3 billion.

The increase reflects continued growth across the Group's lending operations, supported by the development of established businesses, expansion into new markets, and growing demand for digital financial services.

“Our results for the first nine months of 2026 demonstrate the scale and momentum of Aventus Group’s development. We have already issued more loans than during the entire previous year, while our loan portfolio has grown by over 63%. This growth is driven by the performance of our established businesses, increasing lending volumes, and the expansion of our international operations. Our priority is to maintain this momentum while ensuring that growth remains sustainable and supported by disciplined risk management,” says Andrejus Trofimovas, founder and CEO of Aventus Group.

Loan portfolio grows by more than 63% since the beginning of the year

Aventus Group's total loan portfolio reached €566.63 million as of 30 September 2026, compared with €346.84 million at the end of 2025. This represents approximately 63.4% growth over nine months.

The substantial increase in the outstanding loan portfolio reflects the continued expansion of the Group's lending operations across different markets and customer segments.

During the first nine months of 2026, Aventus Group generated €403.17 million in interest income, while its equity reached €275.52 million at the end of September, compared with €225.68 million at the end of 2025.

The Group's expanding loan portfolio and increasing lending volumes demonstrate the scale of its international operations and the continued development of its financial services businesses.

International expansion supports business growth

Geographic diversification remains a central element of Aventus Group's long-term growth strategy.

During 2026, the Group continued to strengthen its presence in established markets while expanding into new countries and developing additional lending products.

One of the latest developments was the launch of the lender in Malaysia, further strengthening Aventus Group's presence in Asia. The new lending company provides digital lending solutions tailored to the Malaysian market, combining the Group's international experience, technology, and risk management expertise with local market knowledge.

“International diversification is one of the key strengths of our business model. We are building a Group that operates across different regions, economic environments, and customer segments. Entering new markets such as Malaysia allows us to apply our experience and technology in countries where we see long-term potential. At the same time, we continue investing in our existing businesses, which remain an important driver of the Group’s growth,” explains Andrejus Trofimovas.

Aventus Group has also continued developing its businesses across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Alongside geographic expansion, the Group is broadening its financial product offering, including plans to introduce new financing solutions in selected markets.

The Group's international business network now spans more than 22 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, supported by more than 5,000 professionals worldwide.

Operating across markets with different economic environments, customer needs, and stages of development allows Aventus Group to diversify its business activities while applying technological and operational experience gained in established markets to newer businesses.

Technology and diversification remain central to long-term development

Aventus Group's expansion strategy combines international growth with continued investment in technology, operational efficiency, and risk management.

The Group develops technology-driven lending solutions while adapting its products, credit assessment processes, and customer experience to the specific needs and regulatory requirements of individual markets.

This approach enables Aventus Group to expand its lending operations while maintaining a focus on responsible lending and sustainable business development.

“For us, successful expansion is not simply about entering more countries or increasing lending volumes. It is about building strong, efficient businesses that can grow over the long term. Technology, local market expertise, and responsible risk management are essential to achieving this. As Aventus Group continues to expand, we remain focused on strengthening these foundations across all our markets,” says Andrejus Trofimovas.

Founded in 2009, Aventus Group has grown from a regional lending business into an international financial technology group with activities spanning digital lending, real estate, and IT. Since its establishment, the Group's companies have collectively issued about €8 billion in loans.
